If you only think about one thing when you hear talking about boobs, apparently you're not Neapolitan.
You see, here we have a special Mozzarella (even though we pretty much invented the stuff), that resembles a breast, and with a little "nipple" on top. It's really turgid and full of milk, just like a real one.
